Well it finally looks like winter. My son, Micah truly loves when it snows a lot because in VA we rarely got snow. Sometimes a few flakes would come down but would not stick so he rarely got to make a snowman. Today, he just may make an entire snow family. lol. Here are some friendly reminders to help you along the way:
Please dress in layers.
Drive slowly.
Take EXTRA time for comings and goings.
Keep food, blankets, cell phone charger and a list of emergency numbers IN YOUR CAR. Remember if your cell dies, you may not remember pertinent numbers so it will be nice to have the list to refer to.
Put a bag of salt in your trunk. The extra weight will help your car adhere to the road, plus, if you get stuck, you can put a bit of salt around your tires to give a bit of traction.
