I WANT TO THANK EACH & EVERY AMERICAN THAT ALLOWED ME TO SEE HISTORY MADE THIS DAY

My heart is so full today. The electing of the first President of color is such a monumental effort for the United States. I love this country. Never have I ever wanted to live anyplace else. I KNOW the United States is great but I feel prouder of my country than I ever have and for the first time...the FIRST TIME in my life, the words "LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL" feel evident. The crack in the Liberty Bell can begin closure. As my tears flowed last night, I was blogging with my friends of all parties, gender & age, talking with my oldest daughter long distance, and hugging my other two children in Mom's livingroom it was just a moment I will never forget. When the Electoral Vote for Senator Obama changed from 207 to beyond 270 I just buried my head in my hands. I have prayed for this election every day since the onset. For me, and I thank my Dad for instilling this in me, an election is NEVER about Democrat or Republican. It is never about gender or ethnicity (I do not like the word 'Race' as we all are of the same 'Race"...The Human Race). But it is about the issues; who has the most intelligent means to deal with the issues that plague our country? For the first-time, in a long time, people are feeling unified. People are feeling that THEY ARE and CAN BE an actual hands on part of our democracy. Ahhh, Democracy. The thing that other countries are fighting for, the thing that WE go to other countries to help THEM fight to achieve. THANK YOU AMERICA. GOD BLESS THE OBAMAS AND THE BIDENS. GOD BLESS THE MCCAINS AND THE PALINS. LET'S CONTINUE TO PRAY AND SEEK CHRIST TO PULL TOGETHER AND ASK CHRIST TO HELP ALL OF US BE THE BEST WE CAN IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE THE PLACE WE LIVE AND LOVE BETTER. I'm looking forward to seeing what Senator Clinton and Governor Palin bring to our future as well. Shine on America. Thank you Lord for allowing me and my family to be Americans. All Americans making more than $250,000 that voted for and understood the basis of the tax increase I THANK YOU ESPECIALLY. Your unselfish vote is going to help so many struggling families that work or have worked but circumstances have prevented us from getting ahead. As a caregiver of an elderly parent, it has been financially difficult for me these past 4 years giving up regular employment, losing health benefits, etc. But by God's provision, mercy and grace, it has not been impossible. GOD IS AN AWESOME PROVIDER AND I TRULY THANK HIM FOR EVERY THING...EVERY SITUATION HE HAS BROUGHT MY WAY. HE HAS KEPT US AFLOAT AND HE IS TRULY MY ALL AND ALL. IT IS IN HIM WHERE I PLACE MY TRUST, WHERE WE ALL MUST PLACE OUR TRUST. THE BIBLE TEACHES THAT WE MUST LOOK OUT FOR EACH OTHER AND HELP THOSE LESS FORTUNATE. THANK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER FOR LOVING US ALL. GOD BLESS THESE UNITED STATES.
